Myler Combination Bit - 32HPWS - 6"Item#:
Rawhide nose band and leather curb. The Myler combination starts with pressure from the nose to the curb allowing the horse the opportunity to break at the poll and relax before the mouthpiece engages. Independent side movement allows the rider/driver to pick up a shoulder independently. Used mainly on young horses that are just being started, as well as correcting older horses that need some tongue pressure to break at the poll.
The 32 mouth piece is Curved with jointed barrel in center and slight port for slight tongue relief. Usage/Solution: The Myler Mullen Barrel mouthpiece is a good choice for the intermediate horse. With the strength of the solid Mullen Mouth, the bit encourages the horse to break at the poll but keeps him from getting behind the bit and inverting.
